Returns Policy: Almost everything in the vendor mall is pre-owned. Some items may have minor flaws or problems. Please inspect items carefully as the are no refunds for items purchased in person at our Sylvan Beach location. Items purchased on-line may be returned within 7 days if not described or pictured correctly. Please contact us before returning items as you will need an RGA# for return. This number must be clearly visable on the outside of returned package. Any items without a valid RGA will be refused and returned to sender. Refund will be returned to your card within 5 business days from reciept of returned product.

Shipping: Items will be shipped within 5 business days from payment of order. Items vary in size and weight and each individual item will have the shipping options and prices available during checkout.You will have the option of cancelling before finalizing order. If you have special shipping needs, please call ahead 315-440-2232, we may be able to accommodate you. All items are available for pick up at our Sylvan Beach location with no extra charge to you.

Sales Tax: New york residents will be charged 8 3/4% sales tax.
